Engine: Beta 1903 with PRM 150 2:1 gearbox, 2 alternators, hospital silencer, auto bilge pump, single lever controls, hydraulic bow thruster, stern gland greaser, 2 x 110 amp batteries for thruster, 3 x 110 amp domestic batteries, 1 x 110 amp start battery, type C panel, 1500 watt Dakar combi inverter/charger.

Heating and Water:
9kw Webasto diesel boiler, skirting radiators, twin coil calorifier, Jobsco Variometric water pump, heated towel rail.

Bathroom: Vacuflush toilet, vanity unit, bath with bifold doors, laminate round bath to customer choice, razer point, tap, mirror over vanity unit, towel ring etc, cupboard with shelves.

Galley: Pull out larder, cooker and grill mounted at eye level, Shoreline RR45 fridge, 4 burner gas hob, laminate work top, 240 volt sockets, water filter, taps, sink.

Saloon: 2 x wall lights, Bubble diesel stove with tile surround and slate base, customer to supply tiles, cocktail cabinets, bookshelves, 240 and 12 volt sockets, radio/CD player with speakers in roof, roof speakers in bedroom, VHF and TV Aerials, rotating book and drinks unit to be priced separately, under sofa fridge, hardwood stable door, large and small table.

Lighting: 10 watt halogen down lighters, 2 wall lights, navigation lights.

Water: Built in tank with hatch 150 gallon approx, treated 2 coats of potable black, plastic toilet tank.

External Paintwork:
2 coats anti corrosive primer, 2 coats undercoat, 2 coats gloss.
